A historically important revelation about I.C.A. founder Abel’s involvement in the many assassination attempts on Cuban leader, Fidel Castro, in the 1960′s.

Declassification Notes

From J. Herman Shepard – Director of the Intelligence Cleaner Agency

It was with a heavy heart that I signed the approval to declassify these events of this series. Not only because it reveals some of the I.C.A.’s closely guarded secrets about our founder, but also because that founder was my friend, mentor, and even a father figure. Abel was a good man at one time, he held the intentions of duty and loyalty so high that for a time he was regarded as one of the greatest American patriots – he quite literally was the stuff of legends. I’ve always felt that his longevity would prove to get the best of him, and on this mission in particular he lost so much…

I hope wherever he is, he is not distraught over these revelations – but is instead learning from them and their history, My wish is the same for the public following these coming releases – I hope they understand this man and his motives a little better.
