This declassification series pertains to an archaeologist of some renown that ICA founder Abel
was following for cleaning at the request of the United States Army Intelligence in the mid 1930s.

Declassification Notes

Abel was kinda a ranter. Danjuro was sort of a perfect listener – he understood English, but was a westerner raised in Japan and spoke little English – this allowed Abel to ramble. Though Abel would ramble to anybody with an open ear from the little I know about him. He had strong views about the world and I suppose that is why he not only lived so long, but also how he was able to manage an organization such as the Intelligence Cleaner Agency.

So hopefully you enjoy the next installment. It has been enlightening for me being allowed to pour over these declassified files that D. Bethel used for the basis of the comics. I feel like I am starting to understand my great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, grandfather’s vision for the Intelligence Cleaner Agency at last. His classified memoirs still lay deeply secret in our vaults. I think J. Herman Shepard is the only man with access.
