Declassification Notes

Not to far from the truth – Abel did recover the shot heard ’round the world. The first stray bullet didn’t bund to his feet, and wasn’t really part of a covert operation – but this event shaped Abel in an important whay. Instead of being an average man, he drew on his tenacity for cleanliness and attention to detail and began talking with legends in American history about his grand ideas to form an organization that would ensure that actions conducted behind closed doors were to stay closed. It seemed to work for him for many, many years.
