DECLASSIFICATION NOTES
Next week is the last comic in this little diversion, our peek into the dark world of Mr. Binder.
RELATED COMICS:
What nonsense is Mr. Binder spouting? He’s a known conspiracy theorist, who knows where these things are coming from.
Another white dude ninja? That’s Ninja Justin, he’s Mr. Binder’s right hand man as well as the guy who has all the answers.
Jan-Spec #1312-7? Is that– Yes, it’s Steve.

Discussion (11) ¬
Vega…is that you?
Hehe – I can kinda see the Vega in Justin… but I play waaaaaay to much Street Fighter. If Binder’s mustache was blonde it look like upside down Guile hair.
I just love panel 3
Mr. Binder deserves low, dramatic camera angles with a gut like that.
oh man, Vega was always one of my faves. I could never play as him though because I’m an utter dult with charge moves. WHAT THE HELL IS A CHARGE MOVE??? tell them I hate them!!!! Anyway I digress, awesome page guys! Justin is definitely a badass ninja despite his common name hahahaha
It’s a good spot by both you and Pete. I did base Justin’s design heavily on the Capcom (creators of Street Fighter II) style of design from the early to mid-90s. Glad to see it’s kind of coming through (though not as stylishly nor as expertly executed as those amazing artists).
Yet, they not only made one with Clint Eastwood, they did so with Sean Connery although that was more “not based on a true story, you sissies
” That was a let’s kick hollywood on it’s Arse, General Sir and have Nicholas Cage as the patsy / hero.
Great films, both of them.
However, not only are we getting a history lesson in a diabolical underground evil lair of a school (almost synonymous evil lair and school that is) but we get a lesson on weaponary as well. Why wasn’t high school like this when I was a kid…
Canadian high schools are completely different than those here in the states. Every school here has a multi-level, secret underground lair.
